Tour programme of Shri T N Rahate President FNPO and general secretary NUPE P-IV.

On dated, 03"rd September 2009 he visited Amritsar division in Punjab circle and paid courtesy visit to Gandhi agar post office and wagha border post office and discussed with staff regarding their problems. He was accompanied by Shri Arunkumar divisional secretary NUPE P-IV Shri Ashwinikumar divisional secretary NUPE P-III Amritsar division and Shri Sohan Singh circle secretary NUGDS Punjab circle.
On dated 04"th September'2009, he paid visit to Kashmir from Jammu. 
On 05’th September 2009 he visited Sanatnagar post office 190005, tang marg post office and gulmarg post office, and discussed with staff regarding their problems 
On 07’th September'2009 he paid visit to Srinagar GPO and Lal Chowk post office and discussed with staff. They narrated their difficulties such as
at the time of ice call due care has not been taken by the department to provide Geyser for hot water so also they pointed the worst condition of quarters, bathrooms, toilets .they complaint that only one uniform is provided within two years .Old rate night halt allowance .after discussion with staff .Shri Rahate had a meeting with senior SP and senior postmaster Srinagar. And discussed in length and got assured that due action will be taken to solve the staff problem, those are under their control,And asked to take rest of the problem at proper level. Particularly in rate of night halt allowance the SSP assured to look into the matter.
For revised rate,
Shri T.N Rahate has fixed meeting with CPMG J&K on 10/09/2009 to discuss problems of his staff working in Jammu and Kashmir during this staff meeting and discussion with SSP and senior PM, Shri Damodar Sodhi circle secretary NUPE P-IV J&K, Shri Dar D/S P-IV J&K and Shri Shaha Circle office bearer P-IV and branch secretary Srinagar GPO were present with Shri T.N Rahate G/S as per tentative tour programme Shri T.N Rahate will be at Jammu GPO and post offices in Jammu during 08 to 10"th September'2009.
