20th Circle Conference of NUPE P-IV was held at Lucknow. The Open Session was addressed by Dr.Rita Bahuguna Joshi(D/o.H.N.Bahuguna ,Former Communication Minister) U.P State Congress Party President. U.P.Chief PMG Kamalesh Chandra greeted the Conference. S/Shri. T.N.Rahate, President FNPO and General Secretary. General Secretary R-4. and Circle Secretaries P-3 U.P state addressed the conference. Shri.Vimales Trivedi presided over the Meeting. Vote of thanks was proposed by P. R. Gupta .C.S P-IV. Subject Committee meeting will be held on 07/08.10.2011
